Every morning I trade prop-firm futures. The rest of the day I build. FlowDeck exists because I wanted the tool myself — I was the first user before anyone else signed up.
That loop is the whole method: use the thing, find what’s broken, ship the fix. AI does the heavy lifting; I direct it. It is why one person can ship at the pace of a team — and why client work gets the same treatment as my own products.
